Insulated fire sleeve installed around metal and plastic pipes through non-load bearing wall and floor constructions.
Installed around metal and plastic pipes to form a penetration seal, to reinstate the fire resistance performance of non-load bearing wall and floor constructions where they have been provided with apertures for the penetration of the services.
Insulated fire sleeve for use around metal and plastic pipes through non-load bearing wall and floor constructions. It can be cut down along its length to aid fitment and a strip of aluminium foil tape is used to seal the joint. Suitable for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), copper and steel pipes.
Can be installed within flexible and rigid walls with a minimum of thickness of 132 mm. Flexible walls may be constructed with or without insulation in the cavity. Can also be installed within rigid floors with a minimum of thickness of 150 mm.
