Application
Suitable for commercial, industrial or residential applications. The series is used as a manual call point in case of fire. It is usually installed outside doors so that it can be used in an evacuation event.
Description
M5A - W5A series is an indoor analogue break-glass call point designed to be used as a manual alarm for the fire system. Two models are available: the M5A-xx and W5A-xx series, which include an addressable mini-module for interfacing with Notifier control panels. All call points are compliant with the EU directive for CE mark and CPR certified for EN 54-11 and EN 54-18.
Features and benefits:
- Easy to install.
- Status LED; it shows the different device states: BLINKING, in communication with the control panel, STEADY, alarm.
- Easy wiring thanks to plug-in connectors.
- Easy test: introducing the supplied specific key, the glass will move down, switching the manual call point in alarm condition.
- Breaking glass with a protective label or a flexible resettable membrane.
- Suitable for wall mounting or flush mounting.
- Base is supplied with call point.
- EN 54-11 & EN 54-18 Certified.
