Description
AES battery chargers associated with batteries allow backup power for safety sound installations for the evacuation of buildings.
Features and benefits:
- Maximum current for all outputs is 40 A.
- Controls the presence and impedance of the battery (aging).
- Protects the battery from temperature variations and deep discharges.
- Reports of alarms on dry contacts and locally.
- Lightweight.
- Quick and simple installation.
- In normal operation mode: the BPS power supply controls and recharges the batteries and keeps them charged from the power supply. It can provide the sound security system with standby current.
- In security operation mode: the total operating current (including the current of the amplifiers of the sound security system) is supplied by the batteries.
- Complies to EN 54-4 and several EC directives: CPD (in compliance with EN 54-4/A2), LVD, EMC, WEEE and RoHS.
