Description
Grey one-coat weather resistant render and basecoat for Parex decorative renders for use on internal and external vertical masonry and concrete walls.
Features and benefits:

Suitable for:
- Masonry conforming to BS 5628-3 composed of concrete blocks, clay bricks or lightweight clinker blocks.
- Shuttered concrete walls.
- Low density cellular lightweight AAC concrete block.
- Concrete block, bricks, clay blocks, stone.
- Dry-stacked interlocking modular wall units, e.g. Durisol.
- Existing substrates - subject to surface preparations.
- Base coats conforming to EN 13914-1.
- Below DPC applications and old substrates in accordance with BS 8000-4 Code of Practice for Waterproofing.
Unsuitable for:
- Weak mortar or plaster (gypsum) coated constructions.
- Exposed horizontal substrates with a vertical incline above 10°. A backward incline may affect water run-off and may have a tendency to hold moisture.
- Painted substrates.
