A monocouche render system suitable for a variety of substrates.
Suitable for a variety of substrates, for brickworks, blocks, concrete substrates, painted surfaces, also for new builds and refurbishment where the substrate is good and level.
Suitable for a variety of substrates, the render system features a water repellent surface that reduces water absorption and increased resistance against algae. A fully breathable render with excellent drying time, that can be applied by hand or machine, it is available as a coloured render with 12 options to choose from.
Features and benefits:
The system comprises:
-Licata Substrate Primer - Aggrapante:
Universal pigmented primer based on acrylic resins and natural silica inert fillers. Specifically for bridging primer on smooth surfaces for rendering or skim coating cycles. The presence of inert fillers allows Aggrappante LG to create rough surfaces for excellent grip, allowing rendering and/or skim coatings to bond perfectly to cement or lime/cement. Particularly suitable for absorbent substrates because it uniforms the drying of successive layers.
-Licata Raso W160 Basecoat:
Raso W 160 is a professional-grade skim coat or adhesive for interiors and exteriors, made with Portland cement, selected sands, polymer-modified resins and additives that give it a considerable adhesive capacity and good workability. The addition of special mineral fibres means it is possible to combine improved shock resistance with good flexibility. Raso W 160 is particularly suitable as a substrate for subsequent application of decorative coatings made with silicates, acrylics, siloxanes, or paintwork. The adhesive capacity, the pot life and spreadability make it particularly recommended for Licatatherm external solid insulation systems, and as a skim coating in the reinforced repair of facades during restoration work.
-LicataTherm Ret01-1160 mesh:
1 m-wide mesh (3.5 x 4.5 mm grid size) of multi-strength glassfibre, with a polymer coating and nominal weight of 145 g/m².
OR
-LicataTherm Tolantext 41-112 mesh:
1 m-wide mesh (3.5 x 4.7 mm grid size) of multi-strength glassfibre, with a polymer coating and nominal weight of 150 g/m².
-Monocouche Render - Mono Scratch:
Mono Scratch is a single layer, water repellent decorative plaster with hydraulic and lime based binders, selected inert materials in constant grading curve, natural UV resistant pigments and hydrophobic agents. The mass pigmentation and the latest generation additives used for its formulation make the laying of Mono Scratch easy and fast, reducing the time and costs of laying. Available in 12 shades.
This render system offers a choice of products for the basecoat and decorative finish. Only one product from each section is required to complete the system. If clay brick slips are to be used as the decorative finish, an extra adhesive will be required (Super S1).
