- AQUACRETE:

Can be applied to:

  • Existing cement surfaces.
  • Tiles/ mini tiles (mosaics).

Description

A range of coatings designed to suit different applications.

AQUACRETE:

  • Can be used to quickly renovate swimming pools.
  • Can be applied over existing linings.
  • Fits to any shape.
  • Can be polished if required.
  • Continuous lining that doesn’t require the use of gaskets.
  • Will adhere to secure foundations.
  • Highly resistant to chemicals (including but not limited to chlorine and algaecide).

FLUIDCONCRETE:

  • Can be applied over existing linings, and can be used to improve existing concrete if required.
  • Provides a substitute for polished concrete due to similar aesthetics and texture.
  • Low thickness.
  • Can be used in high traffic areas due to the hard, durable surface and high resistance.
  • Allows for on-site concrete renovation to take place, without the need for heavy construction work.
  • Minimalist design, which can be combined with surfaces including wood and ceramic.
  • Provides a seamless finish (no need for expansion gaps).
  • Quick to apply, and suitable for foot traffic after a short timeframe.
  • Low maintenance, and can therefore be used to replace traditional flooring, e.g. wood.

MicroCement and Coatings

Type

AQUACRETE

Cement and quartz based lining, developed for use in freshwater areas.

FLUIDCONCRETE

Self-levelling continuous cement coating for floors.

OXICRETE

Acid system used to patinate and oxidize cement surfaces, mortars or concrete dams. Available in amber, brown, ebony, terracotta red and turquoise aqua colour options - insert requirement.

Product Options

Type:

- AQUACRETE:

Composition: AquaCrete Powder and Liquid AquaCrete. Mixing ratio: 3–3.5:1 (AquaCrete powder: Liquid AquaCrete). Thickness: 2–3 mm.

- FLUIDCONCRETE:

Composition: FluidConcrete powder, water-based sealer, and Polifan K12 sealer. Mixing ratio:4:1 (FluidConcrete Powder: Water). Thickness: 2–3 mm.

- MICROCEMENT:

MicroCement powder, liquid concentrate/ water, water-based sealer, and acrylic wax or RESIFAN PU K12. Mixing ratio: 2.8–3.2:1 (MicroCement powder: Liquid concentrate/ water). Thickness: 12 mm.

- MICROCONCRETE:

MicroConcrete powder, liquid concentrate/ water, water-based sealer, and acrylic wax or RESIFAN PU K12. Mixing ratio: 3–3.5:1 (MicroConcrete powder: Liquid concentrate/ water). Thickness: 2–3 mm.

- NEOCONCRETE:

Composition: Quartz, Resifan, MicroConcrete powder, liquid concentrate, sealer and wax. Mixing ratio: Quartz and Resifan: 12:1 (Quartz: Resifan E); Concrete: 3:1 (MicroConcrete powder: Liquid concentrate/ water). Thickness: 3–5 mm.

  • Provides a rusty iron or stone-like coating to form an original, vintage appearance.
  • Used to transform older surfaces or renovate rooms.
  • Provides a cheaper alternative to Corten steel.

  • Can be used on any shape surface.
  • Available in various colour options.
