Metal Riser Door, 2 Hour Bi-directional Fire Tested, Picture Frame, 3 Way Locking System.
Application
Suitable for use in jointless plasterboard wall systems.
Description
This panel is designed to fit into a structural membrane of a jointless plasterboard wall system. It is manufactured with a 25 mm wide picture frame. The metal door leaf is locked in place via a three-point locking system with other lock options available upon request. The panel is powder-coated RAL 9010 30% gloss. Other colours available upon request.
Features and benefits:
- The panel is two-hour fire rated (up to 2400 x 900 mm in a wall application).
- Manufactured from Zintec steel with a 1.2 mm thick door and a 1.5 mm frame.
- The panel's door leaf is hinged by a fast fit hinge system which saves time on fitting compared to a full piano hinge.
