  • Material: Polypropylene .
  • Grade: 2057 kg (maximum load, 20 713 N). End of linear behaviour: 1560 kg (15 300 N).
  • Dimensions: Head piece: 150 mm; screw: 140 mm; base: 200 mm.
  • Density (to ASTM D792 Method A): 0.99–1.04 g/cm³.
  • Vicat softening temperature (to ASTM D1525): Softening point with load of 5 kg: >75°C.
  • Impact resistance Izod test, at 23°C (to ASTM D256): >40 J/m; at -20°C: >20 J/m.
  • Melt flow rate (to ASTM D1238): 14–16 g/10minutes.
  • Heat deflection test with load of 1820 kPa (to ASTM D648): >90°C.
  • Coefficient of elasticity (to ASTM D790): 1600 MPa.
  • Maximum weight tolerance at minus 40°C (to CATAS 179112 / 1): 27.830 N.

Aluminium ledged profile rails, 20 x 60 x 2000 mm.

Guidance for specification option:

2 mm-thick aluminium with single box detail. Makes ultra-low decking systems possible.

Maximum span (centres): 600 mm. Matching noggins can be included between (perpendicular to) rails especially in ultra-low systems.

Maximum span (centres): 600 mm. Matching noggins can be included between (perpendicular to) rails.

Rail support system.

  • All rails are aluminium 6063T6 to BS EN 755-9.
  • Fire rating: Class A1 to BS EN 13501-1: 2018.
  • Rails have four shelves/ lips at each corner to allow for a secure fitting into compatible pedestal pads.
  • Surface decking can be mechanically fixed to the rail into the ribbed groove which can hold a screw fixing effectively.
  • Paving: Includes a headpiece for supporting tiles.
  • 100% recyclable.
  • High weight tolerance; consult manufacturer for details.
  • 15-year warranty.
