Application

For internal commercial and industrial applications where an aesthetic suspended ceiling surface is required. MCT ceilings are ideal for office spaces within any sector including Advanced Manufacturing, healthcare / medical, cGMP / pharmaceutical, controlled environments and education sectors.

Description

The MIDDAS MCT suspended tile ceiling system provides a flush ceiling surface. With a pressed metal tile construction and proprietary clip-in support fixings, the MCT suspended ceiling system offers a lightweight alternative to walk-on ceilings that also provides easy access for services maintenance.

MIDDAS can provide bespoke solutions using lattice beams and support frames, tailored to suit the site requirements and accommodate numerous scenarios where traditional suspension methods are restricted or prohibitive.

Features and benefits:

Non-progressive build with the provision of concealed clip-in spring-t carriers for rapid installation.
The 120 µm PVC or 55 µm PET-coated mild steel panels provide a robust, durable finish to match wall panels.
Standard ceiling tile size of 600mm x 600mm (bespoke panel sizes available).
Ceiling depth of 45 mm.
Cable trays, ducting and pipework for distributed services can be routed above the ceiling panels and concealed neatly. Optional factory-formed service penetrations are also available.
