MAXXflo Evo - Condensing Water Heater

The MAXXflo EVO has been designed specifically to meet industry demands, delivering low, future-proofed NOX emissions that meet the London Plan. With efficiency of up to 98%, new BMS connectivity offering 24/7 remote monitoring and a continuous supply of hot water with a 1920 L/h recovery rate, it delivers class-leading performance.

The MAXXflo EVO Lite is a high-efficiency (up to 98%) stainless steel condensing gas water heater with rapid recovery rates up to 695 L/h, designed to deliver high hot water output from a compact unit. It is particularly suitable for small to medium commercial applications, such as hotels, it offers high specifications with upgrade options.

MAXXflo EVO

• 30 and 60 kW single burners and twin burners between 90 and 150 kW
• With fewer burners both commissioning and planned maintenance costs are minimised. Offering in-built redundancy and flexibility (90 and 150 kW twin burners).
• Independent service valves and pressure sensors on each heat exchanger in twin burner versions.
• Full built in redundancy and service flexibility as burners and heat exchangers can be isolated.
• Low NOx burners - compliant with and exceeds current legislative requirement.
• High efficiency modulating pumps (ErP rated A) means improved operating efficiencies with greater temperature control.
• Multi-line graphical display offers access to live data, settings and history. Easy to use with full control of the burners and accurate charging of integral tank.
• Ready to connect into BMS via Modbus protocol.
• Easy integration into BMS for remote monitoring and control; identifies specific problems and maximises maintenance efficiency.
• Full anti-legionella functions with strap-on sensor as standard.
• Control of secondary return circuit temperature and pump operation.

MAXXflo EVO Lite

• Stainless steel heat exchanger tubes and low NOx cold burner door and Bluejet® burner (NOx ≤ 40 mg/kWh)
• Robust and serviceable. Improved efficiency with reduced. CO₂/ NOx emissions. Minimum turndown of 3.33:1.
• G20, G25 and G31 - site conversion to chosen gas type (LPG kit supplied).
• ErP A rated - energy efficient, cost effective operation.
• Integral high efficiency pump provides improved operating efficiency with reduced stratification.
• Siemens controls with LCD display gives full control of the burner with accurate charging of the integral tank. Detailed display with live data, settings and history.
• Integral 7-day time clock with three time zones per day plus temperature set back function.
• Save energy by only having the tank at operating temperature when required. Set back allows the user to have the tank at a lower temperature at times of no-demand.
• Factory fitted 95℃ and 7 bar temperature and pressure relief valve (UK only).
• Protection against over temperature and over pressure of the appliance.
• 6.5 bar maximum pressure (vented) provides flexible use.
