Description
An industrial fast-acting door with auto-reset facility, suitable for high volume traffic.
Features and benefits:
- For internal openings only.
- Standard size range: up to 3.0 m wide x 3.5 m high
- Especially suitable for frequently used doorways.
- Suitable for ambient and chilled environments.
- Opening speed typically 1.6 m/s.
- Crash-Out and Auto-Reset damage protection feature.
- Suitable for use by all traffic types.
Technical:
- Door blade material ‘Ramskin’: 1.5 mm-thick single-ply PVC-coated polyester monofilament with anti-static additive.
- Door blade colour: available as standard in yellow, blue and red.
- Top roller: 168 x 5 mm CHS steel tube terminating at each end with 30 mm-diameter EN24 stub shafts running in self-aligning bearing units.
- Back bar and top seal: a steel cross member bolted to the columns carries the top fixing brackets and provides a fixing for the top seal and brush strip damper.
- Columns and side guides: 5 mm wall, SHS steel columns with counterweight assisted opening. 125 mm-deep pressed steel blade guides (bolt-on construction for quick and easy replacement).
