Description
Access hatches are available in a choice of sizes to suit almost any project requirement and negate the need for costly and time-consuming scaffolding or other means of access to the roof.
The flexibility of the Mardome Trade Range means the Mardome Roof Hatch can be configured as an access hatch providing safe, easy access to roof spaces for roof maintenance and other utility purposes or to open up roof spaces for terraces and roof gardens. Mardome Trade Access Hatch rooflights feature internal opening mechanisms incorporating hinged dome unit and gas springs to facilitate a 90° opening. Units come complete and ready to fit. When in the open position, the dome unit is supported by the gas struts.

Please Note: the hole size (structural opening size) which needs to be cut for this Rooflight is the size of the Rooflight (i.e. 600 x 600 mm Rooflight = Hole Size of 600 x 600 mm etc.) The daylight size will be 150 mm smaller than the Rooflight size (i.e. the 600 x 600 mm Rooflight would provide a daylight size of 450 x 450 mm etc).
