Description
Metal faced insulated loft hatch ceiling access panel, Non fire rated, metal door, 25 mm wide picture frame, 3 Point Locking System, single door unit, fitted with a telescopic loft ladder.
- Number of Treads: Nine.
- Height, floor to hatch: 2170–2610 mm.
- Minimum hatch size: 550 x 720 mm.
- Powder coated RAL 9010 30% gloss.
This product achieves a U-value of 0.567 W/m²K. Construction using 50 mm polystyrene insulation sheets (Material Grade EPS70/SDN). The panels door leaf is hinged by a full length piano hinge.
