A 'Dilapidations Grade' flat roof waterproofing system, designed specifically to meet the requirements of dilapidations surveyors working on behalf of landlords or tenants.

This reinforced hybrid polymer system is reinforced with an embedded 225 g/m² chopped strand mat. The top wearing coat is 100% UV stable and impact resistant, providing one of the toughest finishes you will see in the liquid waterproofing market. Additional anti-slip aggregate is available for designated walkways if required.

Liquasil DG Rapid Hybrid is cold-applied and is easier to install than felt or asphalt and, as there are no hot works, it’s safer to use in most circumstances.
