Limiting Door Stay

A concealed overhead door restraining stay with adjustable friction control to enable the stay to be used in conjunction with a surface mounted overhead door closer.

The unit is not designed for use with concealed door closing devices.

• Type XX11004 concealed overhead door restraining stay consists of a stainless steel arm and aluminium channel and bracket, with adjustable friction slide block and spring buffer, used to cushion door opening.
• The unit can be fitted to set maximum door openings to 70º, 90º and 110º.
