Application

A range of bespoke, leaf and a half leaf timber frame doors for internal use. They can be fitted into aluminium, timber or steel frames.

Suitable for:

These doors are suitable for almost any internal application and the above list is only a representation of areas of use.

Description

A range of bespoke leaf and a half timber frame doorsets in non-fire rated, FD30 and FD60 rated options. Any fire rated leaf and a half doors come with the option of cold-smoke protection. All leaf and a half doors come with various options of acoustic-rated performances. A wide range of material options are available, dependent on specification requirements.


These leaf and a half doors can be manufactured to a wide range of custom sizes to accommodate a vast array of project requirements. Available in various finishes, including timber veneer, laminate, primed (for site painting) and factory painted. Bespoke staining options also available on request.


In addition, matching timber over-panels, glazed sidelights and glazed fan lights can be accommodated and there are a range of vision panel configurations available for the door leaves.

Forza Doors has primary test evidence that allows a wide range of ironmongery components and access controls to be fitted and certificated. Please contact the Forza team for more information and ironmongery suitability.


Features and benefits:

  • Approved under IFC Field of Application report PAR/10321/01 for use within aluminium, timber or steel frames utilized in the UK construction industry.
  • Each Forza fire door carries a unique IFCC label that identifies its audit trail of manufacture and affirms its fire characteristics.
  • Vision panels are suitably fitted with glass to provide non-fire, FD30/0, FD30/30, FD60/0, FD60/30, FD60/60 and acoustic performance. Other more project specific styles such as half oval or triangles are also available.
  • A wide range of veneers are available, offering a variety of cuts, grain directions and lay-on matching.
  • Mechanical test to BS EN 1192: (EN 947, EN 948, EN 949, EN 950) Severe Duty (class 4) and DD171:1987: Severe Duty.
  • Cycling tests to BS EN 1191 (classification to EN 12400): Heavy Duty (class 7).
  • Forza door assemblies tested under BS476: Part 22 1987. Approved under IFC Field of Application Certificate number FRTD497. For use with timber, steel or aluminium frames in the UK Construction industry. 
  • Forza doors offer industry lead times on bespoke timber fire doors.
  • UK based timber fire door manufacturer, delivering though-out the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Ireland and Channel Islands. Export on request. 
  • Continued investment in quality management systems including ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.
