Description
Torch applied, high performance styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) elastomeric membrane warm roof system for flat or sloping roofs.
Features and benefits:
- Robust.

- Slip resisting granule surface provides durability and puncture resistance for foot traffic.
- Durable glass fibre reinforced vapour barrier provides a robust, watertight layer.
- Life expectancy of approximately 40 years.
- Manufactured in accordance with EN 13501-5: 2005.

- System accessories include rooflights, flashings, refurbishment outlets, vents, and edge trims (specified separately). Consult manufacturer for further details.

- Preparation: Langley Spray-On Primer.
- Air and vapour control layer: Torch-bonded Parevapo S VV (3.77 kg/m²).
- Insulation: Parafoam Ultra PIR Insulation (3.84 kg/m²).
- Waterproof covering, first layer: Adepar JS VV (2.7 kg/m²). Attached via self-adhesive strips.
- Waterproof covering, top layer: Parafor 30 GS (4.6 kg/m²). Torch-bonded.
