Prior to where paint decoration is required. For preparation for decoration of where gypsum plaster skim is required, the outer layer of plasterboard joints is required to be taped and filled, using Knauf Joint Filler (Premium) and Knauf Joint Tape (Paper) meeting quality level 1 in accordance with Eurogypsum - Drywall Jointing and Finishing - Surface quality level classification.
For application where gypsum skim finish is required, the Knauf system is to be taped and filled using Knauf jointing compounds. When using Knauf Moisture Panel or Knauf Performance Plus, the applicator of gypsum skim finish is required to check if pre-treatment is required. |
