Kingspan Kooltherm Pipe Insulation

The Kooltherm Pipe Insulation System comprises insulation manufactured from Kooltherm rigid phenolic insulation and insulated pipe support inserts fabricated from Kooltherm high density rigid phenolic insulation.

Insulation is suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, copper, multiplex and plastic pipework for cold, chilled, refrigeration, heating and hot water services. The pipe support inserts are used in pipe hanger brackets for loadbearing applications and will support the compressive loads imposed by horizontal pipework carrying water or other liquids.

Sustainability:

CFC-free and HCFC-free with zero ozone depleting potential (zero ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of ≤5.

BRE Global Green Guide Rating of A+.

The score obtained by Kingspan Kooltherm Pipe Insulation from the BRE Global Environmental Profiles Methodology life cycle assessment is available online at Green Book Live, Certificate no. 523. The lower the ecopoints, the lower the environmental impact.
