J95 Concealed Hinge Series - Concealed Wardrobe Hinge

A range of steel bodied, heavy duty concealed hinges with zinc alloy cup. These concealed hinges allow a greater weight bearing (up to 40 kg with three hinges), meaning less hinges are required per application than standard hinges. This not only means that these concealed hinges are suitable for heavier doors, but that installation time and effort is reduced.

These are the first concealed hinges created for wardrobes and storage units, have been tested to 40,000 open and close cycles and can hold doors up to 900 mm wide.

The hinges are available in a variety of finishes, dependent on the variant. All hinges are suitable for wood and glass doors except the J160-D22-25T (only suitable for wood). Please check each variant for suitable door thicknesses.

Features and benefits:

• Three-way adjustment function by mounting plate (depth +1.5, -2.5 mm, vertical ±3 mm, overlay [horizontal] + 0, -4 mm).
