Description

Interior metal wide panel ceilings available in widths of 300 mm and various lengths up to 6 m. All panels simply lock onto the carriers, without the need for additional locking clips


Features and benefits:

  • Panels are available as standard in steel (0.6 mm) or aluminium (0.7 mm).
  • Optimum acoustic control can be achieved by using perforated panels with a non-woven textile membrane bonded to the inside face.
  • Easily demountable panels allowing full access to services and equipment in the plenum.
  • Aluminium carriers in combination with aluminium panels can also be used for exterior application.

Manufacturer shall supply acoustic non-woven tissue, thickness 0.2 mm and factory applied inside the panels. Alternatively the installer can place individual, wrapped mineral wool pads.

The coating will consist of a tough and durable two-layer polyester finish in nominal thickness of 20 μm, applied in a continuous coil-coating process ensuring uniform coating and absolute adhesion.

Panels

Manufacturer guidance

The 29 mm high up stands at the panel ends to give enhanced rigidity. The 300 mm wide panels to feature 5 mm bevelled edges to form visually closed V-groove joints.
