Application
An insulated loft hatch with a ladder is used to provide convenient access to an attic or loft space while maintaining thermal insulation, helping to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency in a building, complying with Building Regulation Part L.
Description
R12 range - Metal faced insulated loft hatch ceiling access panel, metal door, 25 mm wide picture frame, budget lock, single door unit, powder coated RAL 9010 30% gloss. Includes draft seal.
The panel is insulated with a 50 mm thick polystyrene Insulation infill. This Product achieves a U Value of 0.760 W/m². Available non-fire rated and one hour rated.
