Application

An insulated loft hatch with a ladder is used to provide convenient access to an attic or loft space while maintaining thermal insulation, helping to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency in a building, complying with Building Regulation Part L.

Description

Metal faced insulated loft hatch ceiling access panel, metal door, 25 mm wide picture frame, budget lock, single door unit, powder coated RAL 9010 30% gloss. Includes draft seal.

The panel is insulated with a 50 mm thick polystyrene Insulation infill. This Product achieves a U Value of 0.760 W/m². Available non-fire rated and one hour rated.
