Application

For the rendering and profiling of in situ and precast concrete in vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces.

Description

Single-component, thixotropic, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified, cementitious mortar which rapidly cures to a high-performance, waterproof render with enhanced polymeric properties.

Features and benefits:

  • Ready for on-site mixing and use with the addition of clean water.
  • Easy trowel application means that a range of thicknesses can be achieved.
  • Physical properties of cured materials are similar to concrete.
  • Can be applied using wet spray techniques on large areas.
  • High bond strength exceeds tensile strength of concrete, ensuring monolithic performance.
  • The dense matrix provides resistance to acid gases, moisture and chlorides.
  • Fibre reinforced to give improved tensile and impact strength.
  • Low sag properties.
  • Economic, requiring no substrate or inter-layer priming.
  • Can be overcoated with Premcrete's specialist membranes to provide further protection and aesthetic quality – consult manufacturer for details.
  • Complies with BS EN 197.

Applications:

For the rendering and profiling of in situ and precast concrete in vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces.
