Description
Stone Mineral Wool sections, which are orientated by 90° and laminated to a foil, give greater integrity of thickness due to a higher compressive strength particularly around corners of rectangular units. The foil face provides an efficient vapour barrier.

Service temperature | Can be used to provide thermal and acoustic insulation to pipes and equipment operating at temperatures in the range 0 to 230°C. The outer facing temperatures should not exceed 80°C. At temperatures below ambient, the foil facing must be continued onto the pipe surface to maintain the vapour barrier. |
