High Pressure Laminate - POLYREY HPL©

High pressure laminate (HPL) sheet covering, suitable for use on various surfaces. Also available as part of the Signature collection, with Sanitized® grade antibacterial coating applied.

Features and benefits:

• Can be cold bent/ postformed for curved surfaces to create a made-to-measure fitting.
• Low formaldehyde emissions (E1) and Greenguard gold certified.
• Conforms to EN 438.
• MED certified for marine applications.

• Straightness tolerance (to EN 438-2-7): ≤1.5 mm/m.
• Squareness tolerance (to EN 438-2-8): ≤1.5 mm/m.
• Flatness tolerance (to EN 438-2-9): 60 mm/m.

- All finishes (except Touch):

• Resistance to boiling water (to EN 438-2-12): Class 3–4.
• Impact resistance (small diameter ball, to EN 438-2-21): Horizontal grade: 20–25 N (dependent on finish specified); vertical grade: ≥15 N.
• Impact resistance (324 g ball, to EN 438-2-21): Horizontal grade: ≥800 mm; vertical grade: ≥600 mm.
• Resistance to cracking (to EN 438-2-23): Class 4.
• Minimum bending radius: Postforming: 10 cm; standard and fire-retardant: 20 cm.
• Abrasion resistance (to EN 438-2-10): Dependent on finish specified.
• Resistance to steam (to EN 438-2-14): Horizontal: class 3–4; vertical: Class 3–5 (dependent on finish specified).

Sanitized coating:

Antibacterial silver ions integrated into the material which are activated on contact with humidity. Suitable for wall coverings in public places where bacteria would usually rapidly develop.

Excluding Polyrey Touch Range and Metal Laminates.
