Industrial bi-folding door with high insulation values.

Features and benefits:

Offers a high level of security.
Can be combined with toughened insulated double glazed windows.
The door panel is made up of a robust, steel reinforced stretch-frame, holding pressure cast, CFC-free polyurethane foam between outer coatings.
Galvanized or polyester powder-coated finishes available.
Range of options allows for customization.
Sealing system: 1.5 m³/m²/h to 150 Pa.
Manual or electric operation.
Adjustable hinges.
Resistance to wind load (0 -5) = 5.
Water tightness (0 -3) = 2.
Air permeability(0 -6) = 5.

U-value: best cut approximately 0.22 W/m²K.

U-value of an example door, 5 × 5 m: 0.90 W/m²K.

Enhanced security

It is now possible to specify the Q door with bespoke enhanced security equivalent to SR3 and SR4. This is achieved using an upgraded multi-locking system, heavy duty fixings, frame and corner reinforcement and enhanced hinges (contact manufacturer for the Declaration of Conformity).
