Hempafire Pro 400 Fast Dry

A fast drying one component, solvent-borne, physically drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires.

Features and benefits:

• Very competitive loadings results in reduced paint consumption in PFP projects.
• Faster drying times thanks to lower thicknesses to apply.
• Very good aesthetic finish, easy to apply and suitable for in-shop and on-site.
• Same product can be used for all type of steel sections (open, hollows, cellular beams).

Application method:

• Airless spray.
• Brush.

Drying time:

Determined for dry film thickness 800 micron (32 mils) at standard conditions. Indicative values at 20ºC; Surface dry: 15 minutes, Through-dry: 16 hours.
