H Birch Plywood Special Thin - Exterior Glue

Application

Suitable for furniture, joinery, shop fitting, engineering and craft trade.

Description

Strong yet flexible cross banded plywood produced entirely from birch veneer with joint free faces and an exterior glue.

Manufactured using state-of-the art machinery and specialised peeling techniques. Veneers are peeled from the log at as thin as 0.13 mm on the thinner panels, and cross-banded to make a malleable plywood sheet.

0.4 mm and 0.8 mm panels have a darker hue due to the exterior bond telegraphing through the face veneers - consult manufacturer for further details.

Features and benefits:

  • The product’s flexibility allows it to be bent and moulded to fit those applications where curvature is required, but a reasonable degree of strength must be maintained.
  • Manufactured in accordance with EN 636-2.
  • 100% PEFC certification.
