Description

Manually operated, top hung roof window with additional lower fixed element for combination installations on roof pitches between 15–55° (75° with special springs).

Fixed elements are installed in combination side by side to create panoramic views. The fixed windows are installed directly below the roof windows.

Combination flashings are modular meaning there is no limit to the overall size of the group, but the minimum distance between windows side by side is 100 mm.

Ventilation, exterior maintenance and cleaning is all via the roof window.

Features:

  • Top-hung window opens to any position up to 45° to allow panoramic, uninterrupted views.
  • Meets requirements for emergency escape.
  • Additional fixed elements beneath offer a great view while standing and when seated.

Operation:

  • The window is opened by means of a handle placed at the bottom sash.
  • Sash can also be rotated 180° and locks in place for the ease of cleaning of the outer pane.

Warranty:

  • Ten-year guarantee for windows and panes.
  • Three-year guarantee for electrical items and blinds.

  • Code EKL + ETL: For standard installation into slate and flat roofing materials up to 8 mm thick. Not suitable for interlocking slate; Roof pitches from 15–90°.
  • Code EKW + ETW: For standard installation into flat and profiled roofing materials up to 120 mm thick, including profiled sheeting and interlocking slates. Roof pitches from 15–90°.
  • Code EKN + ETN: For recessed installation into slate and flat roofing materials up to 8 mm thick. Not suitable for interlocking slate; Roof pitches from 15–90°.
  • Code EKJ + ETJ: For recessed installation into flat and profiled roof materials up to 90 mm thick, including profiled sheeting and interlocking slates; Roof pitches from 20–90°.
