FOAMGLAS® Tapered T3+ (Slab) is a non-combustible and high-quality thermal insulation cut-to-falls in factory to suit a specific tapered scheme (roof, floor, podium) and ensure the correct drainage.
Application
- Warm roofing systems.
- Flat roofs; concrete, metal deck and special roofs.
- Accessible roofs, including green roofs, terraces and balconies.
- Internal floor insulation.
- Podium insulation.
Description
Consists of FOAMGLAS® Slabs T3+ which are tapered across their width (or sometimes their length). A central arrow stamped across the top surface indicates the direction of fall.

Compressive Strength:
FOAMGLAS® insulation has a high compressive strength, capable to take high loads without deformation or deflection due to its rigid cell structure. FOAMGLAS® passes EN 826 Annex A that defines the uniform load bearing capabilities of insulations which do not compress before the load capability is recorded.
FOAMGLAS® is dimensionally stable, neither shrinks nor swells and does not slump over time. It has a low co-efficient of expansion within the same range to steel, wood and concrete.
