Application
FlowStop® can be installed in new builds and retrofitted into existing and occupied buildings. It is particularly suitable for student accommodation, hotels, offices, residential developments and other multi-occupancy properties.
Description
WRAS approved Andel FlowStop® monitors the water supply to a property and automatically shuts it off in the event of abnormal flow or the risk of freezing pipes.
FlowStop® comprises a control unit and a valve unit (integrated latching solenoid valve and flow rate sensor) which actively monitors the water supply to a property. Each control unit can monitor up to two valve units. It detects abnormal water flow or the risk of freezing pipes, automatically shutting off the water supply, saving water, saving on water bills and protecting against the costly consequences of water damage from burst pipes, internal leaks and floods.
