Application

  • For use in horizontal, vertical or stepped damp-proof courses.
  • Suitable for unsupported cavity trays for sealing cavities to deflect downward movement of water in external cavity walls with masonry inner or outer leaves and timber frame construction.
  • Engineered for durability and flexibility to allow site forming for built in or face fix applications to residential and commercial construction types.
  • Designed to prevent moisture and radon gas ingress, providing a robust barrier allowing continuity with membranes offering whole footprint coverage.

Description

An innovative, bitumen-free damp-proof course (DPC) that combines the latest polymer technology to surpass traditional British Standard DPCs as a horizontal, vertical or stepped damp proof course.

Suitable for unsupported cavity trays for sealing cavities to deflect downward movement of water in external cavity walls with masonry inner or outer leaves and timber frame construction.

Engineered for durability and flexibility to allow site forming for built in or face fix applications to residential and commercial construction types.

Designed to prevent moisture and radon gas ingress, providing a robust barrier allowing continuity with membranes offering whole footprint coverage.
