Composite decking edging with a bullnosed or square profile, for curved edges of decks.
Application
- Can be used around the perimeter of a decking area to add a finishing touch.
- Can be used on straight runs or on curved edges with a 1.2 m or greater.
- The flexible edgings can be used on the edges of steps as they are designed to resist wearing due to the thicker Lastane layer.
Installation:
The Flexible edging should be fully supported along their length by the perimeter joist, they should have a 25 mm bearing onto the joist with an overhang of 9 mm from the front of the fascia. These profiles need to be fixed to the joist every 200–300 mm centres using the Durafix fixings.
Description
Designed to resist high wear points and provide a nice curved edge to the deck, the structural core of Millboard Flexible Edging is a blend of natural minerals bonded in a flexible polymer resin.
Available in eleven colours, the top surface is a textured, resilient Lastane® layer which is chemically melded to the core and hand-tinted using 2K component pigments that resist fading and UV damage.

- Extra wear layer - Thicker layer of Lastane® to resist higher wear points.
- Cold bending - Will bend to a radius of 1.2 m at 20°C.
