  • FlexProof 106-NV – Non-static construction joints to precast concrete elements within retained structures.

Description

Newton FlexProof 106 advanced single component liquid waterproofing material, which forms an elastomeric polymer membrane that is rainproof in minutes and capable of handling severe building movements and deformations.


Available in two forms:

  • FlexProof 106-X1 is a highly viscous, thixotropic paste that is suitable for the waterproofing of construction and vertical movement joints
  • FlexProof 106-NV has a lower viscosity and so is pourable and better suited where the application is to horizontal movement joints
  • FlexProof 106 Primer – Improves adhesion to porous surfaces

  • Can be used in sub-zero temperatures and on slightly damp substrate
  • 100% waterproof, but allows vapour diffusion
  • Very flexible – Resistant to movement and fissures in substrate
