Stratavap.

Guidance for specification option:

StrataVap is a self adhesive, 0.8 kg/m² elastomeric, polymer distilled bitumen membrane for use as an AVCL in roofs over high humidity spaces such as swimming pools and gymnasiums. The upper face consists of a glass fibre reinforced aluminium film, with the underside featuring a protected self-adhesive finish.

Guidance for specification option:

EvaTherm A is a high performance rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam board for use in warm flat roofs under built-up felt, mastic asphalt and approved single-ply membrane waterproofing systems.

EvaTherm A is a closed cell, CFC and HCFC-free (zero ozone depletion), rigid polyisocyanurate foam core faced, both sides, with a perforated mineral coated glass fibre tissue. It has an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/mK.

Instastik.

Guidance for specification option:

INSTA-STIK Roofing Adhesive is a specially formulated polyurethane foam adhesive for the purpose of adhering rigid

insulation boards to flat roofs.

Stratavap.

Guidance for specification option:

StrataVap is a self adhesive, 0.8 kg/m² elastomeric, polymer distilled bitumen membrane. The upper face consists of a glass fibre reinforced aluminium film, with the underside featuring a protected self-adhesive finish.

Self-adhesive.

Fleet Coat 30 and Fleet Junction (RAL 7032 Pebble Grey).

Fleet fleece (white with grey drip print).

Guidance for specification option:

Fleet Fleece is a synthetic-fibre fleece specially designed for use with Fleet PMMA waterproofing resins. The fleece enables the layer thickness to be controlled when applying waterproofing resins and also has a strengthening and crack-bridging effect in the hardened waterproofing layer.

Fleet Sealer Coat (RAL 7032 Pebble Grey).

Guidance for specification option:

PMMA-based sealer coat is used as a wearing layer for Fleet systems. It is a high-grade, mechanically durable finish and can be used for creating patterns or lettering. Different toppings can be applied to achieve the desired slip resistant properties.

Eva-Metal Drip Edge.

Guidance for specification option:

Drip edge profile to be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet laminated/coated with Membrane material. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 200 mm C/cs.

Guidance for specification option:

Various profiles can be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel composite sheet laminated/ coated with membrane material. Profile shape and dimensions are to be advised. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by ICB (Waterproofing) LTD at maximum 200 mm C/cs.

WF Profile 'WF'.

Guidance for specification option:

WF Profile 'WF' upstand termination profile to be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet laminated/ coated with membrane material. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 300 mm C/cs. Dress membrane onto profile to overlap fasteners by a minimum of 50 mm and weld materials together

Eva-Metal Water Check Profile.

Guidance for specification option:

Eva-Metal Water Check Profile Water check edge profile to be formed from 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet laminated/coated with membrane material. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 200 mm C/cs.

ICB Fascia/Soffit Fascia.

Guidance for specification option:

ICB Fascia/Soffit Fascia profile to be formed from aluminium sheet. Installation: Secure profile to structure with fasteners recommended by membrane manufacturer at maximum 200 mm C/cs. Profile shape and dimensions to be advised.

EVA-metal Chute.

Guidance for specification option:

Eva Chute Manufacturer: ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd. Reference: EVA-metal Chute Size: to be advised Relieve substrate as necessary to provide falls required and to ensure that the lower chute flange is set flush with the surface of the main roof area, mechanically fix chute (minimum 2 fixings per flange) using ICB approved fasteners.

Protection layer.

Protection layer - Product reference: HPS 2.5 Protection Fleece Material: Polypropylene Thickness: 3.5 mm.

Interlocking Tiles.

Guidance for specification option:

Rubber matting for protection under plant.

Guidance for specification option:

Rubber matting for protection under plant Fixing: 6 mm Matting is to be loose laid and placed under plant. Ensuring no swarf or grit is on the membrane. Matting to be laid in accordance with the manufacturer's Instructions, and ICB (Waterproofing) installation instructions.

Syngreen tile mats.
