Radiant heat and fire resisting roller shutter.
Can be utilized in any application where fire compartmentation is required, and is suited to applications where radiated heat is considered an issue, such as exhibition halls and warehousing.
Radiant heat and fire resisting roller shutter, tested to EN 1634-1 and rated EW 120 or EW 90 (dependent on size) in accordance with EN 13501-2, EN 13241, EN 16034 and EN 15269-10. CE Marked accordingly.
The curtain infill insulation considerably reduces the risk of combustible materials igniting on the non-fire side of the opening particularly when compared to single skin fire shutters.
When tested, the radiation transfer remained below the pass/ fail criterion of 15 kW/m², therefore making the Fireroll EW suitable for protecting personnel.
