FF102/50 - Ventilated Cavity Fire Barrier

Application

The FF102/50 can be mechanically fixed both horizontally and vertically within ventilated cavities behind rainscreen or cladding systems to act as a cavity fire barrier. Suitable for use within the majority of construction types.

Description

An ’Open State’ cavity fire barrier system for ventilated cavities of up to 50 mm, comprising rigid, high expansion intumescent strips encased in aluminium foil. The product has undergone fire testing to the principles of EN 1363-1: 1999 and in accordance with ASFP TGD 19 guidance.
