The LSF Fakro Loft Hatch and Ladder is a stylish retractable ladder providing access to your loft space.
Description
Fully assembled metal fire rated LSF Fakro Loft Hatch and Ladder, including metal loft hatch, ready for easy installation. 60 minute fire rating (El2 60). The ladder is equipped with an expanding seal, which under the influence of high volume temperatures increases its volume and prevents fire from spreading to the fire free storey.
