  • En-suites and designer bathrooms: Where linear floor drains are used to reduce cuts in floor tiles.

  • Floor and wall structures: Designed for both wood over joist or concrete floors.

Description

Pre-formed shower module and waterproofing kit (5 m²) suitable for all linear floor gullies.

Universal install kits, comprising lightweight floor module and waterproofing system used to install linear shower gully drains. Suits linear shower channels or floor gullies of all sizes as modules can be fitted together or trimmed on-site. Pre-coated with a ‘polycement’ waterproof finish, modules are used instead of levelling compounds to build floor gradients quickly to a consistent level to channel water towards linear floor drain.

Package contains:

  • Shower module supplied in, one, two or three pieces, size dependant.
  • Waterproofing membrane 5 m² (This product should not be used for standing water or storage of water under pressure).

Features and benefits:

  • Four packs available which include the two key components required to build a wet room shower and match floor drains from all suppliers up to 2000 mm wide.
  • Part A is a shower tray/ module with a flat and level underside with a flat gradient at 1.4% along the upper side.
  • The three ply membrane is manufactured from polymer sheets sandwiched together, and is secured with tile adhesive.
  • To be fully supported across the full surface and fitted into sub-floor recesses using tile adhesive, they require subsequent sealing into the surrounding structure. Also supplied is a sheet waterproofing membrane (Part B); a barrier to protect all substrates from water damage.
