Application
Used as radiator covers in environments requiring low surface temperature solutions, predominantly hospitals and infection-prone areas, facilitating high standards of infection control for cleaning staff.
Description
Cost effective, easy access Low Surface Temperature (LST) radiator covers that are compliant with NHS Guidelines and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Features and benefits:
- Manufactured from 1.5 or 2 mm thick high quality steel.
- Anti-microbial finish.
- Sloping tops can be incorporated to provide added safety.
- Powder-coated mild steel as standard; stainless steel, galvanized steel and Magnelis also available.
- Facilitates high standards of infection control.
- Hinged, removable front panel for instant access and easy retrieval of small items such as pens, coins, tablets and other items that may have been inserted into the radiator cover.
- Half turn Allen key fixing on the hinged panel means easy access for cleaning and/ or maintenance staff.
- Radius front corners for safety and aesthetics.
- Independently tested by BSRIA to BS EN 442-2 for heat output and low surface temperature.
- Made bespoke to project requirements.
- Valves access and cut-outs can be supplied if required.
