TRC’s Easy Clean Sash Windows combine the appearance of a traditional sash with a modern tilt-and-slide mechanism. Each sash can tilt inwards up to 50 degrees, making it possible to clean panes and frames safely from inside the property – a practical solution for upper floors or difficult-to-reach areas.

Built from sustainable, engineered timber, these windows are factory finished with a durable three-coat microporous paint or stain. They achieve U-values as low as 1.4 W/m²K, with tested weather performance including Class 4 air permeability, Class 5A water tightness, and Class 4C wind resistance.

With options for glazing types, ironmongery, cill projections and finishes, the Easy Clean Sash Window provides long-term durability, flexibility, and a simple way to maintain traditional character while meeting modern performance standards and functionality.

TRC Contracts Ltd offers robust guarantees on all TRC window ranges we supply and install. The following general terms apply on all new windows:

• Expected Lifespan: All our windows are designed with a 60-year service life guarantee.
• Manufacturing and Material Defects: 10-year guarantee.
• Finishes: The standard three-coat opaque finished joinery is guaranteed for 10 years, and the stain finishes are guaranteed against blistering or flaking for six years.
• Seals: The seals on double-glazed units are guaranteed for 10 years (from the date of delivery).
• Ironmongery: Functional failure is guaranteed on ironmongery for two years.
