DuraPost® Commercial Posts

DuraPost® is a patented cold rolled galvanized steel

((DX51D Z275NA-C)) fence post system manufactured to

EN 10346. Lightweight yet stronger and more durable

than traditional fence posts, it offers a maintenance-free fence post solution for both residential and commercial applications.

Manufactured with 2.5 mm steel compared to the 1.5 mm thick classic version, the product offers superior strength for higher fencing applications. The post is available in 2.4, 3.0, 3.4, 4.0 and 5.0 m lengths making it scalable for fencing projects up to 4 m above the ground.

All powder coatings are salt spray tested to 1000 hours to BS 3900F4, impact resistance to BS 3900E3, scratch resistance to BS 3900E2, and humidity minimum to 1000 hours to BS3900F2.

The unique ‘H’ design of the posts makes it six times more space efficient when compared to timber or concrete fence posts. The patent design provides a high strength but low weight solution.

DuraPost® has been durability tested to EN 1794-1 with wind speeds of up to 90 mph (static load tested to 1000 kg/ 10000 N). Tests were carried out on 3.0 m Posts, 2.4 m above ground, with 1.8 m centres.
