Cellar Paint is a durable solvent-based acrylic system with an anti-mould ingredient for use on interior walls in damp spaces.
Suitable for use on interior masonry in damp conditions.
Dulux Trade Cellar Paint is a durable solvent-based acrylic system, exclusive to AkzoNobel. Tough and durable, Cellar Paint is suitable for interior masonry in damp conditions. It discourages dirt retention and contains a fungicide which inhibits mould growth. It can be applied to a variety of interior masonry surfaces that are slightly damp but not saturated, such as in cellars, porches and conservatories.
Features and benefits:
The specification and use of Dulux Trade Anti-Mould coatings will provide an effective defence against further development of mould and algal growth.
However, other considerations should be taken into account to avoid the damp conditions which encourage mould growth.
External walls should be effectively water-proofed to avoid dampness penetrating through the fabric of the building.
The living areas should be adequately ventilated and in areas affected by steam and condensation, such as bathrooms and kitchens there should be suitable extraction units fitted.
The preparation of the substrate, type and number of coats is determined by the codes below. For more information contact an AkzoNobel account manager or email the support team on email@example.com
