Application

Our team of experts produce each floor using locally sourced materials and aggregate, meaning each floor is unique in appearance due to this natural variance. This provides a floor that is beautifully tied into its local surroundings. In addition to the natural sand and aggregate colours, we are able to darken the concrete colour with colour pigments if required.

Once poured we have light, medium, or heavy diamond polishing options, to give either matt, satin or gloss finishes (a matt finish will give +36 PTV in the wet). The required exposed aggregate concrete finishes are achieved using planetary diamond grinders and single head machines incorporating metal bond and resin diamonds. The final stage after diamond polishing is the application of a sealant coating to help limit the risk of staining.
