Description
Metador Defender Xtreme steel doorsets are independently tested by BRE to meet the stringent requirements of LPS 1175 standard levels (1, 2, 3 and 4), an internationally recognised standard established by The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).
Features and benefits:
- Door leaf manufactured from two steel skins, folded and mechanically fixed to form a strong and rigid leaf.
- Filled with mineral wool and a variety of technical additional strengtheners required to support hardware and resist attack.
- As standard all door leaves incorporate an anti-jemmy flange to the leading edge providing excellent jemmy resistance.
- Tested with a wide range of configurations, hardware, and glazing options to suit most emergency exit and personnel door requirements.
- DDA compliant threshold fixed to the frame jambs provides strength and weather protection.
- Solid over panels can be incorporated at some security levels.
- For optimum weather, thermal, and acoustic performance a durable tubular silicone rubber perimeter seal is bonded into the frame.
- Choice of a wide range of heavy-duty hardware.
- Vision and louvre panel options.
- Third party-tested and accredited by BRE to the LPCB Level 4 LPS 1175 for maximum security settings.
