A1 Euroclass fire rated ALU pedestals are a cost-effective option without the need to sacrifice quality, strength or functionality. Designed for use on high rise buildings where noncombustible materials are required. There are no non-metallic components within the pedestal units meaning they achieve a class A1 rating as per PN-EN 13501-1, BS-EN 13501-1.

The pedestals create a 3 mm gap between pavers as standard and they can also be used with a variety of aluminum joists by simply placing the joists between the spacing lugs. All sizes are supplied with self-leveling heads that offer up to 6% slope correction.

ALU pedestals are supplied part assembled which leaves only the head piece to be connected to the base and adjusted for height. As the pedestals are supplied part assembled they offer time savings during installation.

ALU pedestals are also resistant to mechanical damage, cracking and chemical agents.

Features and benefits:

• Fire resistance - The structure of the pedestals is made entirely of fireproof materials, safety class EURO A1. The pedestals have no plastic and rubber elements.
• Self levelling - ALU pedestals have a built-in self-levelling head. They automatically level slopes up to 6%. Self-levelling is carried out in all directions without the use of additional accessories.
• Durability - Resistant to mechanical damage and cracks. They are also resistant to chemical agents. They are used in places with particularly heavy pedestrian traffic.
• Gap space - Built in spacer lugs which creates a 1/8" (3 mm) gap between tiles.
• Smooth height adjustment - Allows for a precise height adjustment in range between 40—200 mm.
• High weight resistance - Very high load capacity factor. The wide base prevents point loads on the ground, ensuring proper distribution of the terrace weight.
