Standard product features | Material: Aluminium alloy 6063 T6 profiles. Profile thickness:
Sight line: 52 mm (mullions and transoms). Maximum glass unit weight: 350 kg. Gaskets: Water-tightness is ensured by a first barrier composed of an ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) gasket which is installed around the perimeter of each module, and an interior set of cuttable joints constructed from ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM), with the possibility of using vulcanized corner cleats in the junction between mullions and transoms. Drainage system: Composes up to three levels of drainage, allowing the evacuation of potential condensation water from the transoms through the mullion channels to finally drain using deflector blocks (pipettes) as elements of evacuation. Thermal transmittance: Curtain wall (Ucw): ≥0.7 W/m²K. Performance (based on nine panels, 3 x 3.5 m):

Product Options | Opening elements: All opening elements have structurally bonded glass and the water-tightness is ensured by an ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) joint system. Friction stays are constructed from stainless steel, allowing maximum dimensions of 2500 x 2500 mm (w x h), 180 kg maximum weight. Fixing brackets: Connection of the curtain wall to the substructure is performed using aluminium fixing brackets. Different configurations are available including bottom fixing brackets, head fixing brackets, fixed and sliding bearing point brackets, etc. Contact manufacturer for more information. |
