Description

A durable, two pack, polyuretane, anti-microbial surface coating including heavy fibreglass system for the ultimate in durability and impact resistance. The system is extremely resistant to a range of chemicals and solvents used in the removal of graffiti, fumigation processes (using Formaldehyde or Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide) and decontamination processes. It can also be steam cleaned.

Primer

One coat of CS Wallglaze® Penetration Primer, at 7-9 m²/ litre

For plaster/ plasterboard.

One coat of CS Wallglaze® Multi Surface Primer, at 6-14 m²/ litre

For ceramic tiles, melamine surfaces, brickwork/ blockwork and concrete.

Fibreglass reinforcement

One integral CS Body Coat at 1 m²/litre, incorporating one layer of 150 g/ m² chop strand mat and one layer of 50 g/m² fibreglass standard tissue, followed by one coat of CS Gel Coat at 4.5 m²/litre

Top coat

Two coats of CS Armourglaze™ Topcoat Satin, at 7.5-9.5 m²/ litre

For Satin finish.

One coat of CS Armourglaze™ Topcoat Satin, at 7.5-9.5 m²/ litre and one coat of CS Armourglaze™ Topcoat Gloss, at 8-10 m²/ litre

For Gloss finish.

Product Options

Colour:

A range of colour options for CS Armourglaze Topcoats are available, including BS 4800, RAL or NCS 2nd Series type colours. Colour matching to a specific sample can also be achieved.

Finishes (Armourglaze Topcoats):

  • Satin
  • Gloss.

Hygienic mastic:

  • The mastic is a single pack, moisture curing polysiloxane with inbuilt biocides.
  • It can be used either underneath or on top of the CS Wallglaze® coatings.
  • The mastic is applied via a cartridge gun to all dissimilar surfaces/ materials and any junction that may cause cracking, after the primer but before any undercoat or topcoat.
