CS Acrovyn® Door Edge Protectors

Robust, cost-effective and simple-to-install solution for preventing damage to edges of new and existing timber core doors. Suitable for use with non-fire rated doors, 30 min or 60 min fire doors.

Features and benefits:

• Manufactured from 2 mm-thick Acrovyn® sheet and incorporating 8 mm-thick inner Acrovyn® lipping.
• Fire rated Door Edge Protectors are designed and tested for use with fire door assemblies of proven fire resistance to current BS and EN test methods (i.e. they are not intended to upgrade non-fire rated door assemblies to fire resisting assemblies). Options to suit 30 min or 60 min fire doors are available.
• Can be fitted to one or both door edges and used in combination with door face protection if required.
• To suit 44 mm or 54 mm-thick doors (other thicknesses can be accommodated; consult manufacturer for details).
• Available in 36 colourways to suit different colour schemes and make it easy to meet visual contrast requirements.
• Standard height is 2100 mm; heights up to 2500 mm can be manufactured. Standard leg size is 50 mm.
• Easy to replace in case of damage.
